Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when it has been shipped.

Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship across the United States.
- International Shipping: Not available by default. For international orders, please contact us at help@makhdoomleather.com for a custom quote.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
- If your package was damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
