Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, we are happy to offer an exchange (if the item is in stock).
To request an exchange, contact us at help@makhdoomleather.com within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
