Q: Are your products made from real leather?
Yes! All of our items are handcrafted using 100% genuine full-grain leather. We never use synthetic or bonded leather.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month craftsmanship warranty on all products. If something breaks due to a production defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Q: Can I request a custom leather item?
Absolutely! Email us at help@makhdoomleather.com with your idea, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our workshop in Tucson, Arizona, USA.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. For international shipping requests, please contact us for a custom quote.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (Standard Shipping)

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply email us at help@makhdoomleather.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
